Responsibilities:
* Diagnoses and repairs reported malfunctions.
* Performs planned maintenance of diesel engines and auxiliary equipment, correcting any defects in accordance with the maintenance manual.
* Installs new systems and maintains and modifies existing ones.
* Makes estimates of material requirements and informs superior of needs.
* Repairs and overhauls diesel genset and related mechanical equipment.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) plus a completion of recognized mechanical training program in power plant generator.
* At least 7 year(s) of working experience on repair and maintenance of marine type Diesel engines. A sound knowledge of overhaul procedures for large diesel engines together with a proven ability to diagnose and rectify equipment problems is essential.
* Ability to read, write and speak in English is essential. Ability to do the same in Arabic language is desirable.
* 5 Full-Time positions available.
