Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Marine) or equivalent.
* At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Good communication skills in English.
* Must be hardworking, honest and responsible.
* Can work well with others.
* Extensive knowledge of the marine and shipbuilding industry, through understanding of ship structure design and operation.
* Understanding of Finite Element Analysis techniques and software.
* Knowledge and understanding of current IMO regulations
* Strong communication and time management skills.
* Good analytical skills to evaluate information to a number of suppliers and select the most suitable / cost effective option.
* Strong team building, leadership and motivational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Strong AutoCAD skills.
